Hard Hitting Kickboxing!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7183)

This is a combo which can be performed separately or put together for a final finale. I gauge it by my class, if I have a class full of regulars than we eventually put it all together. If I have a lot of new people, then we just do them as three separate combos.

Start with left foot forward in boxer's stance, hands up.

2nd part of the combo:

Repeat...

3rd part of the combo:

Then you are ready to combine the whole combo if you choose to. It goes like this:

Repeat...

Then repeat everything broken down on the other side!
