I haven't been teaching boxAerobics/kickboxing as long as step so the patterns don't translate as well onto paper, but here goes...

I repeat this several times, then add:
After practicing that to get a rhythm, add:
Boxers shuffle, jacks, or a bob-and-weave will all transition you to the other side.
I tend to keep my patterns no longer than 16 counts and repeat them several times each side. It is a much different and less complicated workout than step. Enjoy, and keep those patterns coming!
