Fab Abs

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8060)

If you want an ab workout that really works in half the time then check this out. I have my classes do these and by the third set they are "hurtin" for more!

This is a three part ab workout designed to target those "hard to reach" areas!

*This is all done in a count of 8 to music and 8 if no music*
