Ultimate Lower Body Workout

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8062)

This is an advanced lower body workout. I got the idea from Cathe Friederich's Leaner Legs and added some of my own exercises. Try to use a medium weight, not too light but not too heavy. Warm up and then get ready!

This is a very advanced workout. I teach to class to very advanced students. It usually takes around an hour. The thing most students tell me is that their glutes and quads are really sore the next day. Make sure to strech before and after the workout. If you stick with this workout, you will see great results.
