Burn those Legs

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8073)

Start off facing Front of classwith both legs together, shoes touching each other.

[1]-Do 8 Jabs to the left sqautting while punching making sure that the class makes their shoes touch each other on every jab. Class should be going left foot out jab with sqaut.

[2]-Do 8 side kicks right after the 8 jabs. Then do 8 sqauts with shoulders stepping only with left leg out to the left. Repeat for 3 sets-then do the other side.

Hope your class have a blast with this one my Professional Boxers do this one to give thier legs explosiveness.
