Feel The BURN!!!!!!!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8075)

Remember to start with 8 count and condense to 4 count depends on your class and what you are comfortable teaching............................... Have fun feedback welcomed!

Combo #1

The lunge lift is lunge back stay there lift leg. Feel the butt step down and step the foot up to the right

The 4 count is

Can hop the back lunge becomes very intense!!!!

Combo #2

Hope you get this it's fun intense and a leg burner!!!

Always start with 8 counts as the 4 count can be confusing and very fast. Take your time and it will all fit into place. Remember to use both left right before you break them down, it's easier for the participant to grasp your instructions.
