Splash Waterboxing

This is an Aquatic pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8084)

Hi, this is my first submit, so please bear with me. I usually teach this class in shallow water, and use a Tai Chi style warm up followed by a Yoga style cooldown & stretch. I try to keep clear of too many traditional Aqua moves just to make it a bit different. The pattern is right leading (orthodox stance) & self reversing (southpaw). I use a step tape usually no faster than 126 BPM. Emphasis on form so keep it slow, they will really feel it! Email me with any questions, good luck!!
