Monday Night Kickbox

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 8087)

I taught this last night and thought it went well, so here it goes:

Warm-up: Go over jab, cross, hook, uppercut. Go over front kick, side kick, round house etc..

Arm Combos:

Combo 1:

Part A: (basic arms)

Part B: (walking up & back)

Final combo is:

Combo 2:

Part A: (jab & twist)

Part B:

Final combo is:
Part A - 4X
Part B 1X

I teach each section slow for about 32 counts then speed it up to the counts I have listed above.

Also, you could put it all together and turn to a different wall on the jacks, but I felt it was too much for them or that it was too much like HiLo if I did that.
