Linda's Interval Circuit

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8116)

I've recently adopted this format in my hi/low class. The choreography is simple enough for almost anyone to follow, and it offers a lot of high intensity work for those who like that. It's also easy for everyone to adjust the level up or down as needed. The class consists of 5 sets: part A is 2 minutes of moderate intensity cardiovascular training; part B is 1 minute of high intensity work; and part C is one minute of recovery, using 3-5 pound dumbbells and/or tubing. Once we complete all five sets, we go back to the beginning and do it all again--40 minutes of working out!
