This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8118)







I taught this pattern at my "men's work" class. They prefer 'no frills' workouts which make them sweat. And sweat they did! It works best with a speed of bpm 135-145 (mid tempo). I try to keep the arms simple, e.g. Kneelift = arms go up, Scoop = handclap etc. My Steptouch is always a power Steptouch. That means doing a deep Squat when stepping to the side. For the complete combo I used a pumped up (145 bpm) version of Spiller's "Groovejet", hence the name. It really rocked! Let me know if you have any questions or comments.
