Zero Impact

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 8130)

I am horrified at how little Aqua is on this site so I thought I'd better contribute (or stop moaning about it). This uses the noodles as a support under the arms and simulates deep water moves in shallow water. I have found that calling it the 'zero impact' zone encourages those people who come to Aqua with injuries/health problems that prevent them from working dryside- having said that this IS a challenging set to do even for the fit people.

The noodle is under the arms, the feet are off the pool bottom,an approx. 20 degree lean back into the noodle keeping head shoulders hips in line. Then.......

Remember the feet must not touch the pool floor at any time. The bigger they make the move the harder they work, so you can get all levels in with this one. Enjoy.
