This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8135)

Bench is horizontal and all blocks are 32 counts. Start on south-side facing north.

left ------------- right

Right leg is leading. Block 1 is self-reversing:


Left leg is leading now:


Left leg is leading:


Now you can repeat all three blocks starting block 1 on the left leg, block 2 and block 3 on the right.

You can do the whole combo low-impact (I know that is the Reebok preferred method). However I like to spice up my combos by giving high-impact options. They are:

I taught this combo to my intermediate class and they grasped it very quickly. I teach superstep, and it works well with a speed between 130 - 135 bpm.
