Back That Thing Up!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8153)

First I teach 4 knees each side. Then 3 each side with a jack in the middle. Then replace the jack with 2 shuffles. Then replace the 3 knees with 1 knee and an up and over. You can really move on the shuffles.

Small box = Double knee right facing front, right arm punches up. Double knee left facing the right wall, left arm punches up. Double knee right facing back wall. Double knee left facing left wall.
