Christina's Funk It Off

This is a Funk pattern from (pattern 8156)

Five minute warm up; step side to side for 8 counts, light jogging in place for 8 counts, step side to side for 8 counts, quad stretch, deep knee bends with a bounce for 8 counts, three deep breaths.

Start off by moving hips side to side for 8 counts, shift side to side for 8 counts, them feet, then biceps for 4 times, reach up and pull in, kick for 4 times and sides for 4, repeater for 2 times, shimmy for 4 and kick, repeater for 2, 1,2,3, kick to the side for 4,repeater for 2, charleston for 8 counts, cowboy kick for 4, repeater for 2, knee bends with hand up for 4, repeater for 2, twist for 8, top tap for 8, buddy hop up back for 8, twist for 8, top tap 8, jumping jacks one knee up for 8.

For the remaining minutes every body just funk out, do your own thing. Take pulse. Ab workout with ab crucher, 3 set of 8 pelvic tilt, side cruches each side for 15. This workout should last about 20 minutes. Cool down; sway from side to side for 8, quad stretch each side.
