This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 8162)

Combination 1 - arms are done same time as legs!

32 counts -
*Combo now goes left, go back to the beginning i.e. start with step touch to the left. ("""Don't forget the first set of alternate knee lifts begin right leg, see above""!).

This routine is designed for intermediate to advanced so it's not for the faint hearted, it has plenty of direction to stop people getting bored and arms moves to tax the brain and work that body just a bit more!

This is my first "submit", but I've been teaching for over 5 years I hope I have been clear and someone out there likes it!
