Turbo Kick -Recovery

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8170)

Great Combo to use after a very intense "anaerobic" drill to aide in the recovery of your participants. It starts out low intensity and builds to high.

This combo is a reverse of a standard boxing combination so it may require a little muscle memory to master.

Begin right lead forward

1/4 tempo:

Repeat 2x and then go a little quicker

1/2 tempo:

Repeat 4 x and then go a little faster :)

tempo plus 2 knees:

Repeat 4 x then add change the second front knee to a kick.

This is how all Turbo Kick patterns build, i.e. linear progression. Kick boxing is not a FAD.. it's here to STAY!!!!
