They'll love to hate you-Biceps

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 8183)

Your members will LOVE to hate ya for this AWESOME bicep workout.

You'll need a step (w/ risers) and tube.

Thread the tube under the step. Stand on top of the step & grab the handles (one in each hand). Standing shoulder-width apart & with knees slightly bent, proceed with bicep curls. Then up for 2 counts, down for 2 counts. Then up for 3 counts...down on 4. Just watch their arms start shaking!

You can always do "suitcase" lifts from this position too.
