Heart Pumper

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8201)

Hello everyone.This is my first entry and it's not much. I hope it's useful.

I break this up by going through the shuffle to the right then to the left a few times. Than I add the Flurry. Next I teach the jabs to the front. Once they have it I begin the combination. Later down the road I change it up by doing the whole combination in a big circle facing each other. They love it and it REALLY GETS THEIR HEART PUMPING!!

*(Flurry) Your hands go in a circular motion towards yourself. Like a speedbag motion. Your feet are in a wide run, going fast as you can.You slightly hunch over like a football player. Your abs are as tight as possible and your glutes are too. Remind them to keep breathing so they don't hold their breathe. Sometimes I cue to get their knees up as high as they can.

*(jabs to front) You stay in a shuffle during these or your feet are still. I usually tell them if they get tired they can keep their feet still.
