Right lead and self-reversing

*Soccer* (8) At left end of bench do a repeater knee with left lead and at right end of bench do a right lead repeater knee. Change the repeater to one knee up 1-2 touch the bench with foot and knee up 3-4 touch the floor with foot and knee up 5-6 and then step off 7-8.

*Power jack* Simply jack onto the step or do 2 jacks on the floor.

Variation to L-step is something I call a repeater kickbox. 8 count move, right lead. 1-2 right left on bench and left leg comes up into a side kick position. Holding this postion do 4 quick kicks 3-4-5-6 and come down on 7-8. It takes and lot of practice and perseverance. This moves takes a lot of glute strength. Nobody gets it right the first times!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep encouraging your class to stick with it. After they get the idea it is a lot of fun!!!!!!!!!
