Adding On

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7883)

Right leg is in the forward position.

Total count of (8).

I hope you understand this combination. You can break it up to make it last longer, by doing the four punches and then a boxer shuffle for a count of four.

You then do all four punches and add the left front kick, now with a pause of only two at the end.

And last of all you do all four punches, the left front kick and now the right front kick no pauses.

At the end you can tell the class to hold the alternating front kicks to again make the combination last longer.
