Kalgary's Kardio Kick!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7900)

All combos are stance sideways (right/left side facing forward/north)

Combo 1 (beginner)

Repeat with left side leading up! (to do this you need to add a hop turn when at the end of the grapevine back, to get on left lead)

Combo 1 (advanced)

Repeat with left side leading up!

Combo 2 (beginner)

This combo is all done "half-time" to the beats

Repeat leading left!

Combo 2 (advanced)

This combo is done fast!

Repeat leading left!

I like to do all my combos at a "half time/beginner" speed. It helps those that are beginner practice and helps those that are advanced to really watch there form and help push them (by shifting their weight back and forth from punch to knee to add power!). Move to advanced when you feel they are ready. They as well have the option to do the beginner version or the advanced version since all combos are based on the exact same amount of beats!
