Repeat the above, teaching knee lifts, kicks, hamstring curls, extensions, adductions, and abductions. The final product will be something like this (use any 3 moves you want to replace the taps):

I came up with this very simple workout when no one came to my 6:00 class last week. As I was leaving the gym, a car full of local snowboarders pulled into the parking lot, all kids that I knew from the school where I teach. "C'mon in, you need to get ready for the snow!" I put on some good head-banging tunes, and did the above workout. We also did lots of squats, plies and lunges, and some burly hi-low stuff. Their flexibility during the stretching was amazing, these kids are true athletes and we had a blast!
