Lunge and more lunge

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 7909)

This is a 32 count pattern the board is vertical. Any questions please email me.

Start this pattern at the front of your board (the long side)

To repeat this pattern I have them stay on the same side of the board and L-step again starting all over (1 L-step off the right side, squat on top, lunge 8 times, squat off, L to back)
Repeat this sequence three times.
Hopefully it isn't to confusing. Remind your class on the lunges if they want to add impact to jump off the board not from the floor, the leg on the board does the work. Happy stepping!!!!!
