Vertical Stepping

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 7911)

I am currently teaching a Hi/Lo - Step class. When there is a big class, it helps to turn the bench vertical for room and visibility. This was a great finish to a tough Hi/Lo routine.

Right lead on left side of the bench


Repeat on left lead



Facing bench and right wall from last combo

*Freeze knees- Leap up right and freeze left knee up (pretty intense!)

**- I broke this down as follows:
Level 1: March 4x on bench, squat and exit
Level 2: Jog 4x on bench, squat and exit
Level 3: Up right, land on left foot, swing right leg, left leg, right leg lands on floor into squat and exit bench

Extra Combo:

Didn't do this one in this class, but in another class as the #3 combo. Also can be done on horizontal bench.
