8 mini combos to make 1 BIG ONE

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7912)

This is a fun pattern using all eight mini patterns as a whole, or just concentrating on a single block.

I call out the name of the pattern just before we do it. The names are in ( )

Block One (SHUFFLE FRONT)

Block Two (SHUFFLE FIVE)

Block three (SHOOT)

Block four (STEP STEP SIDE)

Block five (KNEE KNEE SIDE JAB)

Block six (1 2 3 KNEE)

Block seven (HOLD TO FRONT)

Block eight (JACK 4)

(advanced can substitute count 4 for a double front kick. If you do it this way remember to switch leads for you front kicks. I usually lead with the right for four the switch to a left lead.)

**Now you are ready to start over with block one using a right lead**

You should already know most of these patterns, this sequence has nice transitions and a high low cardio workout.
