This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7915)

This class format is just like cardio box with fast intense music 135-155!

Right leg forward at an angle.

Repeat 4x then jack other side and repeat left.

Make a line everyone is behind each other facing the front wall.

Everyone spreads out again and facing front
