This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7924)

Hi everyone! Bench is vertical and all combos are 32 counts and self-reversing.

**Step squat: tap left foot on bench and squat (1,2), walk behind the bench to the other side (3,4) then tap with right foot and squat (5,6) and walk behind to the other side (7,8). Continue this pattern again.
