The Energy Boost

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 7928)

This is a 40 minute hi/low floor program. 25 minutes are choreographed and the last is intense interval work.

Right leading; facing front of room.

Repeat on left


Each interval should last 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then allow 15 seconds of recovery before beginning next interval. The levels go up as you proceed until the last interval is at the highest level.

Repeat levels 1-4 3 times each and add level 5 the third time for total intensity and THE BOOST!!
