Off the wall and back

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 7936)

This movement is great to pyramid down.

At the wall participants use double leg lifts and touch feet on wall. Remember to have them slightly leaning back so arching of the spine is not occuring.

Get them to start at 10 double leg lifts and touch wall. On the 10th touch get them to push off the wall as hard as they can. Tell them it's a competition to see how far they can get away from the wall.

Get them to Rock climb it back to the wall without touch the ground until you are back at the wall.

Now do 8, 6, 4, 2 and maybe back up again.

If you get them racing it will keep their heart rate up.

If participants don't like to get their hair wet then get them to turn and run or turn and rock climb there and back.
