Interval Hills

This is a Cycling pattern from (pattern 7937)

I am posting this workout because everyone in my classes seem to love it...

Start at a Five/Six for resistance and keep it there for the entire exercise..

Continue to add 15 seconds until you get up to 2 or 3 minutes then work your way back down...

The class likes this because it takes a lot of time and they are up and down enough during the exercise to forget about how hard it really is...
