Shadow Kick boxing

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7938)

First of all have your participants practise the following combinations.

Combo 1

Combo 2

Next have everyone choose a partner, label them A and B. Partners face each other about a meter apart. A performs Combo 1, B performs Combo 2. It becomes a choreographed no contact 'fight'

Perform 10 reps with A counting her kicks then swap over.
Then repeat to other side and swap again.
