This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 7952)
This is a hi/low routine without any special arm movements,
use your imagination, put on some dance music and go.
Block 1:
- Corner-to-corner knee lift (like using the step) (8)
- (center) Charleston knee lift right/left (turn 180 degrees
on the right knee lift, left one is facing the
back) (8)
- Right grapevine with 3x hamstring curl alternating and
turn back to the front (8) (if you turned with the
charleston knees)
- Lunges 4x alternating (start left)
Block 2:
- Double knee repeater right/left (8)
- Right 1/2 mambo or rockstep (2) right foot hold 2 (2),
right pivot
- Right grapevine with double repeater (6)
- Left grapevine with 4x alternating hamstring curl (12)
Block 3:
- Scoop forward 4x (8)
- Skip (jog double) 3x (6), jog left/right (2)
- Pony left/right (4), double time pony 4x (4)
- Hop two feet left/right (4), double time hop 4x (4)
