Monday Night Kick!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7959)

Hi, This is a continuation of Monday Night Boxing Moves.

I always teach the arms first slow then fast. Then, I teach the legs by themselves. Then, I put it all together. I also usually run through all 3 (or more) on one side before switching to the other side.

My class typically goes something like this:
