Laying the Smack Down

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7997)

Starting left foot forward

Start on left

When coming down on the second front kick, make sure they are turning their foot to the side to set up for the roundhouse. You will be facing the back of the room on the left. I usually do 4 sets and they have a blast learning this one! Have fun!
