Tapless from the top V

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 8000)

Step is horizontal, all patterns are 32-count, self-reversing and fully tapless. I have used this one in a beginners/semi advanced class.

You can also combine block 3 & 4, then you start block 4 with left and start the over the top again with left.

** V-step lunge backward is to make the alternating V-step tapless and also for intensity if you let the students touch the bench on count 4. Count 1-3 are regular V-step, 4-right leg lunge bwd and make it low level to touch the bench.
