This is a Step pattern from (pattern 8029)

Hi Diana!! Bench is horizontal and all combos are 32 counts and self-reversing. Have fun :)

***Walk the bench: step left foot on bench, right foot on floor (1,2) walk forward x2 left/right (3,4), step back with left foot on bench and right foot on floor (5,6) and continue to walk left/right (7,8)

***Pendulum: right foot steps up on bench while left foot kicks out to the side (1), now switch kicks to the side right/left/right (2,3,4), and double kicks left (5,6) and exit left/right (7,8)
