Side to Side Combat !!!!!!!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 8034)

Combo #1

* OPTION jab hook uppercut squat in the middle (front on) repeat to the left

* Also can move with the arm movements in that direction. Jab right step to the right at the same time this will intensify

This will repeat 2x (right lead) on the 3rd count you stay in that direction and jab right 4x with 4 right kicks this will complete 16 count

Repeat this 2x =32 counts

Combo #2

* The kicks become kick lunge back (kick knee up) same leg

Repeat 2x = 32 counts
