Bob and Weave with Flurries

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7731)

This combo is easy but will get the heart rate up or keep it up. Start with a stationary Bob and Weave (make it a deep squat making sure the participants knees remain behind their toes).

If you squat deep enough the heart rate stays high!
