Kickforce Boxers Shuffle

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7737)

You're in a boxer's stance right leg back, hands up, elbows in, belly button in, and abs tight.

1ST PHASE:

When I teach it I will use 16 counts. Then it's time to double time it, meaning do the first phase in 8 counts.

2ND PHASE

Keep the same pattern as above just add double jabs when you move forward 2 times and back 2 times.

*Note:
When you jab forward use your left hand (facing north), when you jab back use your right hand (facing south, look at your target).

I have my people do the 1st phase for 64 counts then the 2nd phase for 64 counts.

3rd PHASE -OPTIONAL-

This is an eye-hand coordination drill like patting your head and rubbing your tummy at the same time :)

Do the 2nd PHASE for 8 counts then add "speed bag hands" for 8 counts. Then start over. Note: your right leg is still back.
