Sporty Hi/Lo #2

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 7739)

No special order to this, just a few "peak" combos that will get the heartrate up..maybe some good ideas for interval training.

Combo 1

*Step on count 1, lift opposite knee on count 2, etc.

OK that's the lead-in to...

Squat & hold/freestyle...I have my class practice this first (the form and the rhythm) "up down & hold" Those that can & like to, I have them add a jump on the "up" but the "hold" is the kicker!

Do about 4 slow (16 counts) then double time the squat & leave out the hold (8 counts) Go back to Combo 1 & repeat

--Have your students use the outside arm to spike or shoot--
