Boxing obliques/abs

This is an Abs pattern from (pattern 7747)

Legs are a little farther than hip distance. I usualy say "squat position". Arms are in a boxing position, protecting chin. When you begin remember movement is from waist. Only your top half is moving.

You can use this in land aerobics and aquatics. You can also double these up so you are doing 2 sets instead of one, or add some other punches in: jabs, hooks, etc. It works!!! You will feel it!!!
