Killer Biceps

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 7749)

I stole this from Shape magazine: You need a tube and a weight. I told my participants to use a medium strength tube and get two sets of weights, one lighter and one a little heavier.

Holding the heavier weight in your hand step on the tube in the middle of it and hold the handle in the weight hand. Now Bicep Curls! I told them to switch the weights when they needed to.

Make sure you have good tension in the tube. I cue them to use proper form on this because it is a little difficult. I also did tricep kickbacks this way and it was great just seemed to be difficult for some to keep proper form.
