Laps and Runs

This is a Warmup pattern from (pattern 7754)

When you enter the pool swim 7 laps at your own speed then begin running in place at a vigorous pace 100 plus your age. This exercise should raise your heart rate to 120 with a base rate of 70. Continue with your routine. This is an aquatic adaptation of the royal Canadian air force 12BX Program
