Interval Insanity!!!

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 7755)


Repeat starting from chug with left lead (you will be starting from front of bench!)


Repeat with left lead.

* Chug: Just like walking with one foot on the step and one foot on the floor. You step on the bench with your right foot while lifting your left foot up off the floor, then your left foot goes back down to the floor while lifting your right foot off the step. You do this twice for a 4 count. I believe most of the terms I have used are in the Turnstep glossary, but if you have a question, please email me! Thanks!

Break down any way that is comfortable to you, but each step and hi/lo segment should last about 5 to 7 minutes for a complete 30-45 minute aerobic segment. With a warm-up, toning and cool down, this makes an hour class. Feel free to use each alone as part of just a step or just a hi/lo class, too!

This routine is done to a step tape with bpms from 126 to 129. Moves on the floor are low-impact with big range of motion for a higher intensity workout.
