Vertical Variations**Frannie's Step**

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7766)

These combinations are done in a vertical position (burns more calories). Some of the combinations tend to fall on the dancy side. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DANCE! Have fun with them and just go with it! Remember, stepping beyond the 128 bpm range is leaving your students and yourself at a greater risk of injury. If you are stepping beyond 128, try gradually decreasing your music speed. Little by little you can make your class not only safe for your students, but for your aerobic future as well!

Right leg lead-left side of the bench

Combination #1

Right leg lead-left side of the bench

Combination #2

If you do combination 1 then 2 you will end up on opposite side of bench ready to repeat combos 1 & 2 on a left leg lead.

I hope you find my combinations/instructions easy to follow. I have also separated each move by line as I have tried to give explicit instructions on each move. Please feel free to email me and review my high low patterns as well. I love to hear feedback/questions. If I do not email you back, please email me again. Sometimes I have problems accessing certain emails.

Thanks!
Happy Stepping.
