Vertical Variations**Frannie's Step**

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 7766)

These combinations are done in a vertical position (burns more calories). Some of the combinations tend to fall on the dancy side. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DANCE! Have fun with them and just go with it! Remember, stepping beyond the 128 bpm range is leaving your students and yourself at a greater risk of injury. If you are stepping beyond 128, try gradually decreasing your music speed. Little by little you can make your class not only safe for your students, but for your aerobic future as well!

If you do combination 1 then 2 you will end up on opposite side of bench ready to repeat combos 1 & 2 on a left leg lead.
