Eloise's Abstract

This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7776)

Be safe and effective make sure you start with a towel and a mat and water, lots of water.

Get comfy on the floor layng on your mat. Suck in those abdominal muscles and raise those hips off the ground. Count to ten, squeeze and release. Breath - never stop breating. Hold those hops high and squeeze in. Tighten your glutes and hold the squeeze for another ten seconds. Tighten more so and count to ten again. Release.

Drink lots of water your muscles love that water.

Be happy healthy and fit.

Be sure to only do what you know your class can handle. An effective workout is a workout that can be accompished with a certain amount of challenge. Over doing it just makes your class feel like they have failed. Let them feel good about what they have done and then you have won.
