This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7768)

This is actually quite easy. I like it because it gives beginners a chance to use the moves in a routine without too much confusion, and yet the more advanced can have fun and get the total body workout.

I like to do 2 sets of block on slow and then up tempo for 8 followed by a set of block 2. Then repeat on the other side.
