Interval Madness...a sick workout!!

This is a [Other] pattern from (pattern 7774)

This class is a cardio and weight class that has the potential to burn close to 400+ calories, both fat and carbs in one hour!

You need to have a tape that is 3" cardio and 1 1/2" weight interval span....they actually sell these now through many different music companies. If not try to get the closest you can to these interval times.

*** The step touch can be made into a full circle and the heel curl into a 1/2 (180) turn and back. This class can be easily modified with the cardio and the weights, depending on the population you are teaching for. Please feel free to comment or inquire about my choreography...
