Final 4 x 4

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 7780)

When the music bpm reaches 150 in the last 10 minutes of my 45 minute kickboxing class, I finish with these 4 blocks of fast moves each totalling 32 counts.

Facing front

In the double jabs right and left in the 3rd combo you should be double hopping from right foot to left foot to keep up the heart rate.

Repeat all 4 segments over and over till the music stops!!!! Any questions please email me.
