8 Count Combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 7782)

In right footforward stance/ guard up

I teach this combo starting with the arm set only; then break the leg set into 2 parts starting with the knee up, side kick only, then I teach the front kick, back kick; then I put all 4 leg moves together. In the final move you have a 16 count combination that can be transitioned to a left side lead with a series of jacks and jumpforwards to change to a left foot forward position to then begin your hooks on the left.
